Hello Family,
I come to you asking for help for Linda. Dads sickness over the last two years completely changed the trajectory of all their financial preparation in the event of death. A little history that I know I don’t need to explain but will on behalf of my dad as I know asking for help was not something a man, a leader, a provider and a husband ever wants to do. But I want to honor my dad in his passing by making sure Linda is ok.
Dad and Linda had a successful life and prepared well for retirement. This plan was altered when they were forced into early retirement in 2012. They were two of the best highest paid teachers at their school when the school decided to remove them from payroll to bring in younger teachers who they wouldn’t have to pay as much. At that time daddy kicked it in gear and began working various side jobs to supplement what they would lose out on by retiring early. Yet it never was quite enough. Once they were able to start subbing after a year of retirement then things got better as they did well subbing.
Then a few years ago daddy took a turn for the worse in regards to his health. Due to the non stop doctors visits and hospital stays they both were no longer able to work and that is when things got much harder for them financially. All this to say Linda needs some help adjusting to her new life living on much less income than before. Her sons are in the process of getting her taken care of but they will need time to establish it all as they begin to figure out her living situation, help her with debt consolidation and sell off some of their assets to get her set up for the next season of her life without daddy. In the mean time bills don’t stop and she really needs some help. Linda doesn’t know I’m asking but it was by the work of the Holy Spirit that the thought of a go fund me was mentioned by cousin Tiffany.
With that said I would ask if you would consider blessing Linda with any amount big or small that you feel lead to give. Nothing is too small of a donation at this point. Please do not feel obligated to give. Those who can please do and those who can’t please know it’s ok. Let us all pray for Linda as she starts this new chapter. Prayer is the most powerful thing in any situation. TIA family. All my love to you. ❤️
