15 year old Amanda- Dirt Bike Accident

Hi, my name is Melissa, and I am a friend of Samantha and Jason Strain, I am here to try to raise money for this amazing family because I know they will not ask for the help! I know they are about to have many medical bills come their way, and any little bit we can help with will be a complete blessing to them. If you are not familiar with the Strain family, I will give you a bit of their background. Amanda is 15 and is the daughter of Jason and Samantha Strain of Pontotoc Texas and Ronda Rainer and Matt Shelton of Midland Texas. Amanda is outgoing, athletic, loves competing in the 4-H straight shooters, is a lifeguard at the city pool, and above all… is a wonderful daughter and big sister! On Sunday, August 13, 2023, Amanda wanted to take a loop on the dirt bike and it ended with her being traumatically injured. Amanda hit a trailer and lost most of her front top teeth, and some bottom teeth, totaling 9 teeth. She also broke the bone above her top teeth, and has a very deep cut below her bottom lip. We are all so thankful Amanda is alive and healthy, that is a true blessing! What we need to focus on now is that Amanda is in extreme pain right now. Jason and Samantha have another daughter at home to tend to, get to school and sports. Jason is supporting the family financially currently as he has his own business, and Samantha will be trying to tend to Amanda during her road to recovery. Amanda will soon be seeing a plastic surgeon and an oral surgeon. If there is any amount of money you can give this family, please know that they will greatly appreciate it. Jason is beside himself right now, and is having a very hard time with this mentally, so if you cannot donate, please share this go fund me, and pray for this family! They need all the prayers!
