Hello. I am Bob Reik. The lady in the picture is my wife of nearly 45 years, Debbie. About a year ago, she was diagnosed with a disease called pulmonary fibrosis. The disease is a hardening of her lungs, making it difficult for her lungs to provide enough oxygen to her body. The disease has no cure. Our health insurance has been able to cover most of the costs of her treatments. However, she has taken a turn for the worse, and because of this, the out-of-pocket expenses have skyrocketed as well. While I have been able to manage her treatments and paying bills for the most part, the recent downturn has caused a huge financial hardship, and we are on the verge of losing our home. So, I am turning to the good people out there and asking for your help. Any amount will help. Debbie is going to die. There is no stopping this disease.
