Jessie Shipps Memorial Fund

As you now know Jess Shipps took her life on the morning of June 23, 2015. She struggled for many years inside and out. She brought a lot of light and laughter to everyone that was blessed enough to be in her life. There are so many people that have reached out to show love and support, if only she could have seen and felt this love before.
