Missy Needs Our Help!

Missy Phillips is a single mother of two daughters. She is a hospice nurse who has served others for many years and now she needs help from others.

In July 2022, Missy got a cut on her foot and it became infected.

She's been hospitalized several times and had multiple surgeries since that original injury. Missy has diabetes, which causes additional health complications.

In December of 2022, she had one of her toes removed and was hospitalized for 2 months.

In early October of 2023, she was hospitalized again with more complications and on October 26, 2023, she had her leg amputated.

The doctors are hopeful that with the amputation and strong antibiotics, she will be healed from the infection.

However, there is a lot more healing to be done physically, emotionally, and financially and it will take several months to do so.

We are asking you to consider helping Missy financially, so she can focus on getting well and living without a leg, instead of being worried about her house payment, food, medical bills and all the other expenses that will come up in the next several months. Missy is a nurse who is on her feet all day long, so she can no longer work. She won't be receiving any income in the near future.
