Meet Louie, a two year old mixed breed who is crossing his paws for sponsors to send him to Working Dogs of Nevada.

His Story is a story of a puppy who didn't win the family lottery!

Louie was adopted as a puppy then sadly surrendered to the rescue when he was about a year old and has been with us ever since. In his time at the rescue, we have learned that Louie is incredibly smart, wants to please his human, is playful, loving and dog friendly.

For more than half his life, he has been incarcerated which is no life for a growing puppy. In the past year, Louie has been in multiple homes lasting no longer than a month due to behavioral issues. Most recently, he was in a fantastic foster home but then started to display behavioral issues that make him unadoptable by the average family. Working Dogs of Nevada specializes in behavioral dogs and promises to find them a forever home after their board and train program.
