Need to tour, need a van first
Donation protected
I've been really reluctant to do this. It's not something I take lightly and humbly ask for your help in this matter.
It's obvious to me, more then ever, that I need to hit the road after the longest hiatus I've ever had. Lately, the only way I've been able to get to gigs is by plane, megabus, trains, other bands, and at times even strangers.
As helpful as everyone has been, I can't afford to go at this rate. I recently joked how I made a grand this last week, and it only cost 1600 to do it. That's not far from the truth.
If I'm going to continue to tour and bring my songs to you awesome people, the only thing I can do is purchase a vehicle, and unfortunately I haven't been able to get out of the red on my own.
With the recent fire at my beloved place of employment, I've been working 3 days a week at $10 an hour before taxes, and picking up any side work that I can. It's simply not enough to save for a proper van.
So now, I'm reaching out for help. Yes. Humbly.
The only way I can repay any of you is to get creative with my incentives for anyone who happens to pitch in.
Let's see what happens right?
I can't thank you enough of you decide to help out.

$20 gets you a shout out on episodes of Closing Time with Jayke Orvis
$50 gets you a personalized mixed CD with a one of a kind track listing of my current favorite bands and a shout out
$100 gets you all the above plus one of my own shirts from my hamper, clean of course. Hey why not get weird.
$500 gets you everything mentioned above, and you get to name the new van. I'll even decal the name on it as proof.
$1000 and you get to pic any song, I'll record it for everyone to suffer through and I'll come give ya a private concert for you and yer parents (or whoever) in yer living room. As long as it fits into the tour schedule.
Dear lord.....let the madness begin
