I'm 29 years old and im on my own for the first time. My mother was very abusive mentally and  emotionally. Ive never been able to do anything or get from under her til now. She is the reason im socially delayed among other things. I moved with some friends in airbnb thinking it was going to be okay. But it didn't work out sadly. 

I've called over 10 shelters in baltimore and they have nothing. Ive been put on 2 lists. Im also on 3 other housing lists and nothing. 

I just need this money to rent a room so I can have a space to start somewhere fresh and to start my dreams. If I can get this I will be so greatful...

Finding a job is hard. Im in a job program called DORS but with covid it has made it harder.

I'm in serious need of help this month. On the 7th I will be without a place to stay, ans I need to raise at least 500-600 dollars in order for me to rent a room per month so I can live there. Next few months this will help me, I will be fine but being I spent money making sure I had food and stuff im kinda low on funds. I went from my abusive mothers home to a situation where I thought one of them where a true friend. But it turns out they are not. I just want to have a peace of mind in order for me to live. My mental health is on its last straw and this is my cry for help.
