Keep Skye smiling

This year on 3/3/2024 myself and an incredible group of amazing, selfless humans and their superstar children are running the Chelmsford Half (5km/10km/Half Marathon) for The Gold Geese Charity and my daughter, Skye. Skye has been in treatment for Leukaemia for over 2 years and is currently still receiving chemotherapy daily. Skye’s dream is to go on a much deserved holiday once her treatment finishes and Gold Geese is a local children’s cancer charity who have been invaluable to us as a family. They have been a constant support, from day one, of this heartbreaking journey and I honestly wouldn’t have been able to get this far without them. They are literally angels on earth and the most amazing people. Although I could never repay what they have done for us as a family and for Skye, I’m going to try! Every penny goes towards helping local families fighting every single day for their child to survive. They support the families emotionally, financially, help with hospital trips, offer families much needed breaks. But most importantly, they put smiles on very ill children’s faces when they need it the most. They are simply incredible! Please help us raise as much a possible Thank you so so much xxxxxx
