In memory of Jonah

Hi,

As many of you will know, Richard Jones passed away at his 50th birthday party on Saturday 30th April 2022 whilst celebrating with friends and family.

He was such a big personality and whilst losing him has been devastating, we are all left with many happy memories and anecdotes. His funeral on Thursday 16th June 2022, will be an opportunity for us to celebrate his life and share the fond memories we have of him.

Many people have asked how they can help with the funeral, whether it be flowers, transport, catering or charitable donations. If you would like to make a donation, the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation is the one I would like to raise money for. This campaigns for the installation of defibrilators within health, sports and social facilities whilst raising awareness of cardiac arrest and delivering CPR training. Cardiac arrest is sudden and often without warning - immediate access to a defibrilator may have increased Jonah's chance of survival. Each fully automatic defibrilator costs around £1500. It would be great to raise enough money to buy at least 1 of these for the pub where he passed away and cover additional funeral costs.
