Last year, your generosity gave us the strength and resources to face one of the hardest chapters in our lives. Thanks to your donations, we were able to get through the initial shock of the cancer diagnosis and begin treatment. Your support meant the world to us then — and it still does.

Unfortunately, we are now facing a heartbreaking setback.

Daniel's cancer has returned. This time, it's stage 4 liver cancer, and we’re preparing to start another intense round of chemotherapy and radiation. He's doing his best to stay strong, but the emotional and financial strain is immense.

Before we received support from the Champaign County Cancer Association, we had to rely on credit cards to cover critical medical expenses. One of those cards still carries a significant balance, and paying it down is essential — not just to reduce financial stress, but so he can continue to survive and focus on healing.
