On Friday, August 22nd, Joe suffered a basal ganglian hemorrhagic stroke. He was rushed to St. Elizabeth's hospital in Youngstown, and later life-flighted to Metro hospital's Glick Center, where he would spend the next 11 days in their stroke unit. He is now getting situated at his rehabilitation facility, where he will continue his journey.

Joe is the proud dad of two daughters (one in college and one in diapers), and the loving partner of his girlfriend, Nicole.

Joe is just 44 years old. Before the stroke, he was working to provide for his family, while starting his senior year at CSU's Mandel Honors College in pursuit of his Bachelor's degree.

The road ahead will be difficult and long. We are asking for your help to ease the burden a bit. Joe will be in a rehabilitation center for quite some time, and his family is in need of support.

Every little bit helps! And we thank you in advance❤️
