Joe's Surgery Fund

My name is Joseph Dudley. I am married and the father of five children. I am the owner of Carpe Diem Dermal Art Studio, a local tattoo shop. I have recently been having difficulty walking and after visiting with a couple of neurologists, I have found out that I need spinal surgery. I have been told by my doctor that if I don't get the surgery soon, I will lose the use of my legs permanently. The reason that I am on here appealing to you is because if I get the surgery I need, I will be out of work for up to six weeks. I have just recently moved my shop so my business has dropped while I have been trying to spread the word to my clients about our new location. Since our move, We have been living on our savings (which are almost gone). We are finally getting on our feet at the new location but I am the only artist and if I get this surgery, business will come to a stop and without help from other sources, I will lose my business.
