Gwen Pringle

I went to the movies at the local Cinedome 12 Theater in Henderson, Nevada. Upon entering the theater, I was greeted by a familiar face. It was the same women who politely collected my ticket and showed me to the correct theater when I was a kid almost 19 years ago. I engage her in a conversation and wondered how many people passed by her time and time again in 19 years with out engaging her in conversation. I know that I had smiled and went along my way at least a dozen times. But this time was different and I spoke with her breifly and she stated that she had been working for the theater for 19 years. This just amazed me!I noticed her grey hair and walking cane as she stated that she could never afford to retire and has not been on vacation in decades. My heart goes out to Gwen for her dedication and hard work and I think it would be so awesome to bless her with a well deserved vacation of her choosing while she is physically able to enjoy it! I set a optomistic goal of $1500!!
