Help us kick cancer’s ass…
Noah was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. There is a significant tumor in his chest cavity, which has invaded his right lung. It has metastasized into areas of his bone. Noah started chemo on Nov 16 after 8 days in Denver Children's hospital while the family waited for his diagnosis.
Noah is handling this like a champ, which anyone who knows him won’t be surprised about. He possesses more maturity and grace than most adults I know. Rebecca and Allen are devastated, as any parents would be, but above all, they are determined, positive, hopeful and united. Noah has definitely faced some challenges in his 17 years, and has overcome them all, typically surpassing expectations in doing so. They expect this to be no exception, and fully intend to kick this cancer’s ass.
The unfortunate reality is that Noah has a long road ahead of him. Rebecca and Allen are not ones to ask for help - whether physical or financial – but the outpouring of support by their community of family and friends that want to help is amazing.
I have created this GoFundMe to help offset expenses such as medical needs beyond insurance coverage, transportation to and from treatment centers, caregiving and other expenses that will arise.
Thank you so much. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and support.
