AJ (ALISSA JOY) HAS HAD A LONG HISTORY OF MAJOR MEDICAL PROBLEMS.  It is like nothing I have ever seen.  She has had cancer, a bone marrow transplant, eye surgery, broken bones and so many terrible things but yet still has a sweet and giving spirt.  Currently she has Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy that has spread from her left foot into her lower back.  The back pain is from Spinal Stenosis and RSD.   It is putting pressure on her spinal cored which is causing terrible pain.  Treatment for this is an implanting spacer.  To treat her back and hip pain they do 5 nerve blocks and implanting spacers in Lumbar L1-L5.  She also has a crack in her hip which they are going to inject something to fill the crack.  Until her white blood count is higher, she cannot have hip replacement surgery.  Once she does the recovery time is 4 to 6 weeks where she will need in home care.  She has currently been in medical jail because of her white blood count  and she has not been able to leave the house in over a year:(.
