Hispanic Heritage Month!

Hi, everyone! Every year since I started teaching I host a “Cultural Tasting” in my 2nd grade classroom for Hispanic Heritage Month. The majority of my students are Latino and every year the majority of them have never heard of Hispanic Heritage Month! The way I introduce this month is with a bunch of engaging bilingual books, inspiring Latino creators and inventors, and of course the music and food! Once again, I have a big class, and I don't want money to be the reason why they miss out in something so engaging and important! I’m hoping I can get some donations to fund my students this month :) I plan to do 5 days of different Latin foods- for 18 kids! I also plan on shouting out donations on my main story page! Last year my students were extremely excited when I told them how much we raised. I hope my class this year can experience the same joy! :) Hopefully, you can spare $5.00 for my 18 students this year! Thanks in advance!
