Aaliyah’s Life-Saving Surgery

My amazing sister in law Jenny, as many of you know has three beautiful children, Aaliyah, Benny and baby DJ. Aaliyah and Benny were both born with a rare genetic disorder that affects their liver functioning, causing seizures, neurological complications, and eventually without treatment, coma or death. The only cure is a new liver. They both have been on the liver transplant list since November  and thankfully, Aaliyah was matched with a compatible donor today. She is undergoing a lifesaving transplant surgery today which will require a long and difficult recovery. Jenny will have to stay home and take care of Aaliyah and won’t be able to work. As a single mom, this will cause a significant hardship financially. We are asking for any amount of donation to help Jenny cover bills and groceries for the next couple months, so she can focus on getting her sweet Aaliyah healthy. 

Benny’s surgery may come at any time, as we are all waiting anxiously for his match, too.
