My brother in law was taken from the world too soon. Just after his 21st birthday vicious tragedy struck and unjustilly took him away from my sister and his daughter. Just turning 21, José didn't have life insurance and my sister, now a single mother to my 4 year old niece, doesn't have Jose to help provide for her. Please help my sister and niece.
