Paws Together was originally founded in 2019, with the purpose of sheltering puppies and kittens that are found in a state of maximum abandonment. Our purpose is to cure them, sterilize them, vaccinate them, and find them a responsible, loving family.
In Peru there are more than six million abandoned dogs, and just in Lima there are more than four million homeless dogs. This leaves them in a difficult state to survive, with little to no protection against multiple factors.
What are we doing towards this situation?
We are a small, passionate group of young people who offer our help to animals, while working together towards the goal of saving animals in need throughout Peru.
The proceeds raised in the form of donations (website, cash, fundraisers) all goes to buying food, paying for medical expenses (illness, vaccinations, sterilizations, adoption, etc) and essential care.
