I have recently been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has metastasized to my liver. I find myself currenltly in a situation that I have never been in before in which I need to ask for help to cover some of my medical expenses and treatment. It is very difficult for me to ask others for help. I have a lot of pride and creating this account for myself is very humbling. 

My goal is to raise $10,000 to cover the cost of incurred medial expenses (emergency care, hospital stays) that were not covered by insurance, as well as to pay for treatment. I am currently unable to work due to severe pain, fatigue and weakness. I have applied for disability, but I have not worked much over the past year due to my declining state of health, therefore, the money I receive from disability is barely enough to cover basic living expenses.
