Hi my name is Simran and for my 21st birthday, I decided to create self-care packages for elementary school students! I am a mental health advocate on Instagram (@simranmann_) who enjoys sharing my mental health journey and the importance of taking care of ourselves. The pandemic took a toll on everyone and I think it's important to recognize young children's mental health too. 

 

Care packages will include the following:

-personalized affirmation messages

-colouring books and crayons

-stress relief toys

-hot chocolate

-play-doh

-puzzles
