My name is Jake. I am a Freelance Photojournalist who works and lives in the Oceanside area. I recently crashed my 2016 Subaru Forester which totaled the car. I was living in my car and since the vehicle has been totaled it is currently in a tow yard. This put me out onto the street and made it very difficult for me to continue working as the Forester was also my primary transportation.

A friend of mine recently offered me her 1996 Ford E-350 under the condition that I register it and make it street legal drive-able again.

I am raising 800$ to cover the fees of Insurance, the Registration and License Tags.

I'm not sure how much these will cost so I'm shooting for 800$ in case any additional chaos may ensue from DMV fees.

I am homeless currently and in need of a place to stay and to restore my ability to get back to work.
