[Lance Corporal Warner Gibbs, Jr., United States Marine Corps was Killed in Action in Beirut, Lebanon on October 23, 1983 and we honor his ultimate sacrifice through this scholarship.]
The I. C. Norcom Class of 1981 Greyhounds are giving back to the Portsmouth community that nurtured and inspired them to be successful by giving a scholarship to a graduating senior from Norcom High School in 2016.
