Love and support for Paige Terrell and her family

This fundraiser is being established to support the family of Paige Terrell. Paige, sister to 5 siblings, is a healthy, happy 56 y.o. wife to Anthony and mother to 16 y.o. son, Andre. Recently she noticed a change in her speech, went to the doctor on March 10th and a MRI revealed brain tumor needing to be emergently removed. Immediately admitted to Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette, La her surgery was performed on March 12th. Unfortunately the tumor is positive for Glioblastoma Mulitformi, an aggressive brain tumor type. Post surgery as expected Paige lost the ability to speak and has some right side weakness in her arm, hand, leg and face. As of Saturday, March 16th, Paige is working hard with PT, OT and speech therapy and is making great progress on this long road to recovery with her speaking, walking and occupational habits. She has all of the therapist, drs and nurses in love with her and her fun-loving personality. Each day she is speaking, singing more, and learning new skills to rehabilitate back to normal as can be. Paige has a long road to recovery. She needs your prayers most of all for healing, and eradication of the tumor!

Paige will need continued outpatient rehabilitation therapy, chemotherapy and radiation. She will not be able to work and their medical bills are exceeding their income. Total transparency is that they currently do not have insurance.  Words cannot adequately express what your gift will mean to the Terrell family. They need all of us- whether it’s one dollar or thousands, please join in giving what you can for the anticipated medical bills, missed work days for both of them, travel to clinics, possibly out of town clinics and hopefully trial studies, etc. Your support matters and is greatly appreciated!
