Elaine Weil, an Early Childhood Special Education teacher at our school, found out that she had breast cancer in 2014. Through her positive attitude and faith, she was able to beat the cancer after having a bi-lateral mastectomy, a second corrective surgery and many other lengthy medical procedures due to complications and allergic reactions. It was a long, painful battle but she is now living cancer-free.
In May 2015 Elaine’s husband, Richard (Dick), was diagnosed with an inoperable, stage 4, Glioblastoma brain tumor. He has since been unable to return to work as his health has rapidly declined. Medical bills are mounting and this is a family that has always been active within the community, donating their time and efforts for many school and community events. Now they are the ones in need of support.
Please consider helping these amazing people. Every dollar helps! Thanks for your consideration!
