Love for Lucky

Hello, my name is Mark Hodges and Lucky Farales has been one of my best friends for 45 years. Lucky has been a member of the Santa Cruz Community his entire life. A graduate of Santa Cruz High School, he's invested in this community and currently is in need of our help. In February of 2020, Lucky was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. For the last three years he's been on dialysis three times a week for several hours each day.

In early July Lucky will be undergoing a kidney transplant. A young man who used to work with Lucky has become his hero. Offering up his kidney in order to extend Luckys life.

How can you help? Well, when Lucky returns home from the surgery he will need round the clock care and it's expected he'll be off work for 3-4 months. This will be a financial burden at a time when we want Lucky to be concentrating on a full recovery. Any donation would be greatly appreciated!
