Hello! This is a fundraiser to help my mother with the medical expenses she has encountered over the past year. My mother, Miranda Foor, is the hardest working, most determined individual I know. However, this year she went into a myasthenia gravis crisis which included life-saving treatments and insertion of a double port. My mother has lived a medical nightmare with her autoimmune flare alone but it didn't stop there. This year also included her having several surgeries including a full hysterectomy, and most recently, a double mastectomy.

My mother is independent and despite having me at the young age of 17, I have never seen her take a hand out or ask for financial help. After draining her 401k this year to pay for the medical expenses, as her daughter, I feel it is time to ask for help. Any amount big or small would help tremendously.
