Hello Everyone,

My siblings and I are coming to you all with a heavy heart to share the unexpected passing of our brother Jacob at the young age of 22. Jacob was an amazing son, brother, uncle, nino, nephew and friend. He brought so much joy to the lives of all those around him. He will be deeply missed.

We would like to help ease the financial burden on our family as we are already dealing with so much as a result of this tragedy.

It is in moments of sadness and loss when people come together to help one another to make it through tough times.
