Help Jeremy "Gumbo" Christian defeat a stroke

On Monday, February 24th, Jeremy suffered an ischemic stroke, which resulted in him being hospitalized for over a week.  The stroke impacted the right side of Jeremy's brain, which has impaired his speech and the movement of his left-side extremities.  If not for his partner, Zatesia, finding him when she did and acting quickly, the consequences would have been far more severe, if not deadly.  

It goes without saying that this has been a trying time for Jeremy, Zatesia, and their daughters.  The insurance company will not pay all the unexpected expenses that arise out of a life-changing event like a stroke.  As a result, Jeremy has to cope not only with the physical challenges of recovery but also the stress that comes with a financial burden of this magnitude. He has a long road ahead.

Together we can ensure Jeremy gets the best medical care and his family gets the support they need while Jeremy works hard to recover.  We hope that with our help, he can get back to a normal lifestyle and doing what he loves: being with his family, comedy, and performing.
