Fostering brandy

Hi, my names LeAnne, we have been trying to foster this poor little pup from turkey for the past couple of months, we are so close to getting him here but it is becoming more and more difficult to get him out the country, as they are putting more and more hurdles in the way, one being that it is getting more expensive to get him out of there, hence why I am asking for help. The longer he stays out there it is getting so much more dangerous for him as the government are deeming fit on killing all stray dogs off please help us get brandy to safety
