We lost Jazmin on August 27 on a terrible car accident that involved her, her friend and two daughters.

She leaves behind her adorable daughters, besides her mom, dad, brother, grandparents, family and friends that loved her. 

She was a young single mom trying to make a living, therefore, we are asking for your help  for her funeral and medical expenses for one of her daughters that is currently in ICU, at the University of Michigan.
