Luke’s Eagle Scout Project

Hello, I am a Life Scout from Troop 217. Our Troop has been around the Tampa, Florida area for over 25 years. My Grandfather was an Eagle Scout as well. Eagle, is the highest rank a scout can earn. Hours of service, months of leadership, and weekends camping. I am a proud member of the Order of the Arrow, school band, and a highschool employee of Chick-fil A. I give credit to scouting for all of my leadership and life skills.
My Eagle Scout project is for my small Christian School. Our school band is small, but steadily growing. We have a need for a small enclosed trailer to transport equipment such as drums, sound equipment, stands, chairs, boxes, and cases. Currently equipment is getting lost, broken, and mistreated in the travel process (in trunks and truck beds/suv’s. MyEagle project will entail: Raising money to purchase an enclosed 6x12 Trailer, outfitting shelving, tie straps, and racks to store the items during transit. Lastly, a decal wrap to spread School and Scout spirit.
Due to the school year starting in August, my project must be ready for the kick-off football games. If you were a scout, band member, or have a passion for helping people out, your contribution would mean the world to me. Help me give back to scouting and become one of the 4% of scouts who get to call themselves an Eagle.
For a cost breakdown:

Trailer Decal/Logo Wrap $1,300
The rest of the Donations will pay for wood shelving materials, ratcheting straps, anchors, possibly carpet or padding, and any extra unforseen expenses along the way. Any donation helps! If you know of an Eagle Scout, please send this to them as well!
