I am creating this GoFundMe for my mother who was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer on 01/26/23. We recently found out the cancer is spreading to nearby organs such as her lungs, and organs in her pelvic cavity. My mother has now left her very laboring job as a Certified nursing assistant to be able to start chemotherapy. If you know her, she is usually the type of person to never ask for help. However, we feel that now is the time we need it the most. I wanted to also share a little bit about my mom, so that all of you can know the wonderful person she is. She has been a Certified nurse assistant for over 25 years and if you ask anyone, she is damn good at her job. She has also just finished her prerequisites to enroll into a nursing program, she hopes to continue her dream of becoming a nurse. She is an amazing sister, aunt, and single mom to me. Maria has the funniest personality and isn’t afraid to be herself. She loves to dance and play basketball whenever she has the free time. We all love her very much, and will be by her side every step of the way to beat this. Your donations are appreciated and we are grateful for anything that we receive. Mi madre ahora ha dejado su trabajo muy laborioso como asistente de enfermera certificada para poder comenzar la quimoterapia. También quería compartir un poco sobre mi mamá, para que todos puedan conocer la maravillosa persona que es.
