My name is Grace Merchlinski and I and many others are a friend of Chrissy Ferguson.  Chrissy is battling a severe case of Lyme disease which is absolutely devastating given the late diagnosis.  At this time it is estimated that she will be at Kernan Rehabiliation Facility for two more months.  

I have personal experience with long term medical recovery so I can attest to the incredible financial burden involved.  Insurance only covers a portion of the real costs. So while all your energy as a patient should be focused on getting well,  the healing process is undermined by stress over 'how will I pay for this care'.  

To make matters worse, Chrissy is also the victim of unfortunate timing.  Chrissy is a full time mother of four including a baby.  Her husband has a seasonal business and it's currently the offseason.   

Chrissy is a special person and a wonderful mommy.  She deserves to be able to have the help she needs on her path to recovery.  We are asking for your help to fight this economic battle so that her family can focus on helping her with her physical battle.
