Just two days after laying her baby sister to rest who died from cardiac arrest. On June 11th, 2022, C. Soraya Jordan, an 7.5 veteran, Platinum and 5.0 star driver for Lyft (one of the largest share ride platforms) was critically wound while dropping off a passenger in South Fulton, Georgia.
Rushed to Grady Hospital with life-threatening injuries, Surgeons fought to save her life, after suffering a perforated lung, an obstructed bowels, and removal of her right kidney.
After seven days in ICU, and three more days in CCU, Soraya was discharged on June 26th, now facing a long recovery from her injuries, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Soraya living and financial stability have been greatly stressed by the past two months events. Bills, medical cost, and home care demands are coming faster than aid from the giant Lyft, legal representation, and crime victims compensation fund can respond to her needs.
Please join family and friends in her battle to fully recover that energetic, vibrant, and loving smile and love towards others she's touched during this difficult time.
Your benevolent gifts of any amount, prayers of faith, and encouragement are greatly appreciated. Please send well wishes on Facebook
Thank you for your help.
