Fallen on hard times

I really do not like to ask for help, but these past few months have been very difficult for me. As some of you know, I have Covid-19 in February this year. I wasn’t really sick and didn’t display any symptoms other then headaches and fevers. For the past 4+ months I have been running fevers everyday and have crippling headaches, migraines and chronic fatigue. I was recently diagnosed with Post Viral Syndrome. The covid has damaged my brain and is wreaking havoc on my nervous system.  Other then paying rent, all of my money goes to doctors and specialists visits and the medications they prescribed. There are some days I can’t afford to eat a decent and healthy meal. With all this going on, I was just informed by my landlord that she will not be renewing my lease and I have 30 (ish) days to vacate my apartment. I have no idea where I’m going or how I will even afford a months rent, a security deposit and a brokers fee. Not to mention I have to find something pet friendly, as my dog HAS TO come with me. I need help. I have nothing. The only thing I own in this apartment is the mattress I sleep on. Everything else belongs to her as it was a fully furnished place. I have no energy to move with my current health and luckily have a few very close friends (who now I consider family) who have offered to help. Financially I’m screwed. I’ve exhausted all my options and I’m pressed for time. Anything you can offer would go a long way to help me find a new place and maybe get some cheap second hand furniture to live. Also. My phone has been turned off because I had no other option. If you try to call, it will not go thru. I’m only able to receive messages when I’m connecting to wifi from iPhones.
