Help a Friend in Need

Our dear friend Erica lost her dad just after Christmas and lost her mom just last year. Erica is an only child. In order for her to stay in her home that she grew up in she will need to rent the main floor of her home and live in the basement. In order to do this she will need to renovate her bathroom downstairs
( currently no bathtub or shower ).
She has some friends that can help her with the renos but she doesn't have the funds to get things going.
I would really like to help my dear friend/coworker in need!
