Her name is Snowball.
She’s 7 months old, and her breed is a standard poodle.
She is the sweetest puppy. She loves to play and behaves like a human being. No words can express her connection with our kids. Snowball is a part of our family. She is our very first puppy, and our kids love her so much.
Snowball was recently diagnosed with a heart complication called PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosus). The “patent” ductus arteriosus means that the vessel remains open and blood gets re-circulated through the heart making the heart work overtime leading to heart failure.
The vet strongly recommended that Snowball undergoes an open-chest surgery as soon as possible, which can be done by a veterinary cardiology specialist, so she can live and have a normal dog life. If this procedure is not performed before she turns 1 year old in August of this year, the chances of her survival will be slim. Please help save Snowball’s life. Your support will help extend her life. Thank you.
