My name is Ariel and Hurricane Helene did the worst damage my town in South Carolina has ever seen, which means they’re doing their best but many are still suffering. There is no estimated times for the restoration of power or water in my area.

Even if they restore water, our water main is broken so we wouldn’t be able to access it. The only electricity we have access to is our vehicle but the back windshield is busted as well as another window. Our insurance won’t cover the cost of that.

It also appears our rental company won’t cover the cost of tree removal, plumbing, or the water bill which is about to be VERY expensive. They have yet to look at the property and it’s been four days.

We've been using our rent money for supplies and now it’s due. I’ll put a list of everything below. Any little helps right now. We have 6 people in our family. There are four children including an infant.

Rent- 1205

Car repair- 1300

Water Main- ??? 300 for now

Water Bill- ??? Probably 1000 since it was gushing water for 3 days

Supplies like food, water , diapers, gas- 300

UPDATE— it took them five days to come to the property. They took pics for 15 minutes and left. The only thing they told us was they’ll cover the cost of the trees but they have no clue when they’ll do that.
