Support Phillip Plath's Recovery Journey

Donation protected
Hello Friends of Phillip and Robin,

As many of you already know, Phillip Plath sustained serious injuries from a mountain bicycle accident on November 1, 2025. After being paralyzed at the base of Montara mountain and airlifted to Stanford Hospital, going into spinal decompression surgery 27 hours later, to 9 days in the SICU/trauma recovery to 14 days of hard work in acute rehab, Phillip is finally home doing his own recovery. His "full" recovery is slated from anywhere between 6 months and 2 years. If you're like me, you've been cheering Phillip on and wishing you could do more to support Robin and Phillip in what is sure to be a very long journey.

Now we can finally help!

I've set up this GoFundMe so that we can take some of the financial pressure off while Phillip devotes his physical training skills to himself (as he won't be able to work for at least six months).

Whether you give or not, please check back here for updates and share wherever you see fit. Support comes in so many forms, and for me, it's a relief to be able to do something since my magic wand still disappoints.

In friendship and gratitude,
Laura
