Hello, I am here to raise money for Jose Chavez,a person whom I know, who was severely injured in a car accident. He was life flighted suffering multiple broken bones and fractures throughout his body. He underwent four major surgeries and is now wheel chair bound. We are hoping to help him pay bills, medical costs due to no insurance, and other stuff he may need to help him in these rough times, as this tragic accident happen and he was the sole provider for his family.
