I failed to take care of myself and ignored the signals. Now, my family is struggling. I've lost my car but it's not more important than my life and wellbeing. Having a stroke because of a clogged artery in the back of my brain is very difficult to deal with. I'm just asking if anyone could please help me and my family. As of right now, I'll be out of commission for at least 3 months. I've been in between jobs and this has thrown a monkey in the wrench. Please find it in your heart if you can give a little bit.
