Ukrainian Refugees in Poland

Hello,

My parents, who live in Poland, have taken 12 Ukrainian refugees into their home.

Four of them are med students from Ukraine, and they walked four days, in the freezing cold, to get to Warsaw. They came with only the clothes on their backs, and one of them made the trip in just flip-flops.

 In the picture above is a mother and her children also refugees from Ukraine staying with my parents, only one suitcase between all of them! 

Many more refugees in the area are looking for shelter; my parent's house is big enough to accommodate at least ten more. The only issue is they need mattresses, blankets, clothing, sanitary supplies etc. I am creating this GoFundMe page to help provide the much-needed items, so my parents can help more refugees. Since my parents are not the only ones helping, they will pass on any extra money collected through this campaign to other households in the area that have taken in refugees.

Just a note, since GoFundMe doesn't work in Poland, I will withdraw funds and wire them to Poland.
