I have fallen, and I cant get up.

"Hi everyone my name is Bailey. On the 6th of July 2020, my family that I have lived with for over a year made the decision that they no longer wanted my three 8 week old babies and I around. I wasn't sure what was going on when we got to go on a car ride, but I soon learned when they pulled over and dropped me and my pups off on the side of a road in the ditch. That is when things took a turn for the worse. I was trying to figure out where to go, what to do, I must have walked a little to far and found myself separated from my pups. The next thing I remember was a loud noise and then I was laying in another ditch and I couldn't get up. No one stopped, no one was there to help. All I knew is I couldn't get up and I had no idea where my babies were. After a short time, some humans came to help me, and just 30 minutes after they found me I was poked in the leg and the pain started to go away. Then they took to me a hospital and took pictures of me. I could hear them talking, but didn't understand what they were saying. Now I am here, and while I cant get up, they are being very nice to me and taking great care of me."

Hello, my name is Jason Peterson and I am a Sgt in the United States Air Force.  Now that you have read Baileys story, let me fill you in on her actual condition.
Bailey is a young pup herself, probably just over a year old. She has not lived the greatest life, judged solely on her overall condition as a young dog. She had some minor scrapes all over and a fairly decent gash behind her right font shoulder. All of that is superficial. What isnt superficial is the 3 pelvic fractures and the spiral oblique femur fracture. She is going to require a very intensive surgery to put plates on both her femur and one area of the pelvis above the femur fracture. I love dogs, and currently have a 15 Year old Labrador named Jackson and an 8 year old (estimated as she is a rescue) Blue Heeler named Pickles. I would love to bring Bailey home and provide her with a loving home that she will never have to fear being abandoned or hurt again, however, this kind of cost is not within my financial means. I have reached out to a couple 501c organizations and am currently waiting to see if they can help. With that being said, in order to save Bailey, this procedure needs to be done ASAP. I am asking for everyone's help, no matter how small it may be. I desperately want to save this little girl. Please, please consider donating to this worthy cause and please help by sharing with everyone you know.
