Nurses for Africa Medical Mission

I have been a registered nurse for 5 years working in pediatrics, oncology and the ED presently. I love being able to give back to others and am beyond blessed to have this special opportunity. I am passionate about using my nursing skills to help those who have no access to basic medical care.
The organization I am going with is called Nurses for Africa. It is a non-profit, Christian organization created by medical professionals in the Midwest.
Founder/Director: Theresa Poole RN
Assistant Director: Gail Kimmle RN
The goal of Nurses for Africa is to connect nurses and other medical professionals in the United States with the needs of people in developing nations.
The trip I am going on will be taking place in Kitwe this September 20 through October 2, 2017. I am asking for your prayers and guidance as I embark on a mission to help serve others, my true calling.
If you feel led to help contribute in any way to help pay for expenses that will help cover for flights/room and board/ travel immunizations and medical supplies. These costs sure add up!
I would like to thank you for partnering in any way to help me on this new adventure and help make my dreams a reality.
