Vets bills

Hi. My name is Lucy. I really need help to raise funds for vets bills.

I work as a community midwife and I rescued a kitten from a family whose children was abusing this kitten.

He was around 2/3 weeks old and the children were grabbing him by the scruff of his neck, dragging him around like a toy and throwing him on his bed.

I reported this to the RSPCA after how distressing it was to witness.

I went back the next day and no one from the RSPCA had been to the property.

I managed to convince the family to give up the pet and give him to me so I could care for him and take him straight to the vets.

However he is very poorly, and I am left with vet bills I cannot afford as a single mum.

Tom (kitten) has a broken back leg, swelling around his neck. After the vets I took him home to care for him in strong painkillers.

He’e such a tiny loving boy. Now only 3/4 weeks old. Far too young to leave his mum.

However he’s developed an infection and is very poorly. It really is touch and go at the minute.

Me and my daughter have both fallen in love with him.

We would be so grateful for donations to help pay for his vets bills get him better.

He’s had such a horrible start in life for such a small baby. I just want him to be ok so I can give him such a loving home.
