Wednesday, April 26th, I was unfortunately diagnosed with Stage 1 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer . I felt anger, sadness and most of all — scared. These next few months will be full of doctors appointments, surgery, treatments, physical therapy, etc. and there is so much unknown. What I do know is that I have the biggest army of family and friends that have my back and I WILL BEAT THIS! This will continue to be a journey and it won’t be easy, but I hope through my experience that someone learns, grows and approaches each day as a gift . If you notice a change in your body, ALWAYS bring it up and ADVOCATE for yourself ! It’s only UP from here on out I am not one to ever ask for help, but especially during this time — I will definitely need it . With an upcoming surgery, treatments and unexpected medical bills- any type of support would be greatly appreciated . All money will go to paying for medical bills. Thank you in advance from me and my family for the overwhelming amount of support Love, Adriana
