Dear Friends,
On May 18th, Robert Ruffer had a horrible accident with a table saw. While cutting a board his sleeve caught the blade and pulled his hand into the blade. His hand was amputated except for one nerve. Robert's survival instinct took over and a will to live. He yelled for Randall and while dialing 911 they were able to stop the bleeding with a tourniquet. They quickly air lifted him to U of M and 2 surgeries later he has a successful reattachment.
Robert is just so grateful to be alive and to have two hands. He is prepared to do all that is necessary to regain the use of his hand and return to the salon. He loves and misses everyone. All of us who know him have no doubt that he will recover and be cutting, coloring and creating in the near future. If you could possibly help out at this time with medical expenses and some household expenses this would be a blessing.
Thank you for your support and taking time to read his story!
