On December 27, 2015 Andrew James McNeal was tragically killed in a hit and run accident on Pulaski Hwy. This sudden unexpected death is a shock to his family and his son as they were not financially prepared for his life to be taken at this time. Andrew had no insurance policy to cover this tragic accident. Any and all help is deeply appreciated in this time of need. Police Investigate Fatal Hit and Run in Middle River
Baltimore County Police are investigating a fatal hit and run accident in the Middle River area. Just afer 6:30 p.m., police received a call when a passerby saw a man lying along the shoulder of Pulaski Highway near Martin Boulevard. The man was pronounced deceased shortly afterwards. The victim has been identified as Andrew James McNeal, 26 years old. Investigators determined that Mr. McNeal was struck as he was walking along Pulaski Highway, heading northbound approaching Martin Boulevard. The car involved in the crash left the scene.
